Muay Thai Essentials — U.S.‑Only Shipping Policy

1 · Verify Your Shipping Address

Please include:

  • House/building number and street name

  • Apartment, unit, or suite number (if applicable)

  • Correct city, state, and ZIP code

Note: Once an order is submitted it moves quickly to fulfilment. Address corrections may not be possible. Parcels returned to us for incomplete or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at a $20 USD flat fee.

Prices are charged in U.S. Dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

3 · Processing Time

  • In‑stock items: 2 – 4 business days to pick & pack.

  • Pre‑orders: Ship on the estimated date shown on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once dispatched.

4 · Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch)

During peak seasons, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions, deliveries may take a little longer. If tracking appears stalled, please contact your local post office or UPS depot first.

5 · Fulfilment Centre

All orders are packed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Wisconsin. (Pre‑order products may ship from a partner facility when faster.)

6 · Duties & Customs

U.S. customers do not pay import duties. Any state or local sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout.

7 · PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a street address for delivery.

8 · Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Once the carrier marks a package Delivered, responsibility passes to the customer. Muay Thai Essentials is not liable for theft or loss after delivery. If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the parcel:

  1. Check mail rooms, parcel lockers, and neighbours.

  2. Look for a delivery notice or safe‑drop photo.

  3. Contact the carrier within 48 hours to open an inquiry.

Damage in transit must be reported to

 within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and product.

9 · Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Size/colour edits: Email us within 2 hours of purchase. After dispatch, changes are no longer possible.

  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may return eligible items under our [Return Policy] after they arrive.

10 · Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, unclaimed, refused):

  • Reship: Pay the applicable postage fee; or

  • Refund: Original shipping cost (if any) + USD 6 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
